Synopsis
This district is considered as unhealthy because of the distance which separates it from the city center and for the discriminated population which lives in it. The district constantly sees the construction of new buildings, among which some near huge no mans land's. To get to the north part of this district, it is necessary to cross private construction sites, to cross a highway and to follow a field lying fallow. We discover then the district in a hollow, framed by two hills which hide all the view. Indeed, a description of the project, the place and its future is regrettably enough to understand everything.
