Synopsis
During the Fifties, Count Grandvalet’s manor mysteriously burnt down. It was presumed that his wife, Jeanne, and one-year-old daughter, Marion, perished in the flames. A few days later, the count was found hanging in his barn. That’s rather a high death toll for a quiet little village.
Twenty-six years later, life follows the rhythm of the seasons. A young woman named Marion Grandvalet settles in the village. Who on earth could have made her come back? And just who exactly is she?
Doubts and suspicions are rekindled. Perhaps it’s time to settle old scores and establish the truth at last.
