Synopsis
It is summertime. For the first time, Marc is taking his wife Beatrix and their two kids to the Mediterranean coast, in the house where he spent his vacations as a teenager. There is a cold wind blowing. The sea is not inviting and the boiler in the old villa looks incapable of providing everyone with the nice hot showers they need.
The plumbing problems, the lack of a cell phone network and an excessive intake of seafood produce a series of mix-ups and misunderstandings that get the doors slamming. From lies to pretense, from calculated coincidences to happy accidents, from misunderstandings to mussels, clams and oysters, desires intensify and everyone's sexual destiny swerves off on an unexpected path.
Bring on next summer?
