Four French actors and directors traveled to Astana to meet Kazakh audiences from April 12 through 15 for the 9th edition of French Cinema Today in Kazakhstan . A look back in photos at a journey bound to be unlike any other.

Oriane Deschamps (My Brilliant Divorce), Bernard Farcy (Taxi 5), Victor Saint Macary ((Girl) Friend), and Julie Ferrier (Everyone's Life) enthusiastically accepted UniFrance's invitation to come to present their film and to interact with an ever-growing and keen public. The event was also an opportunity to encounter the local press... and to visit a little of the country.
