Summer Strolls

    Synopsis

François, director of a Shakespeare comedy, imposes his rigor and professionalism on the young actors whom he has gathered together for the summer in his quaint, old manor in the Dordogne. There, we find Magali, a pretty blonde, Audrey, a brunette, Isabelle, a redhead, and a few boys : Xavier, Jordi, a young Spanish actor, Tavoni, a ham actor who dreams of becoming an opera singer, Eric, a secretive and despondent flautist and Thomas, aged 20, who attracted François's attention at a theater school audition where he was reciting Garcia Lorca's poem : "The Adulterous woman". Caroline, aged 30, feels abandoned by Stephane, her husband and designer for the play. She suspects him of cheating on her with Isabelle, the young redhead. One evening, possibly out of revenge, she takes Thomas in her arms and kisses him passionately. Thus begins a disturbing and sensual affair between the teenager and the married woman, just one of the many idylls that mark the summer...
