Synopsis
In the Velpeau and Sanitas districts of Tours, volunteers, organizations, and job-seekers unite to end long-term unemployment. "Heart & Souls" follows the "Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territory" experiment, from the first workshops to official government accreditation. Driven by the solidarity and hope of the residents, the social enterprise CO-HOP’ was born, creating numerous jobs. A human journey turning precariousness into a collective success.
