Synopsis
On 4 August 2020, the explosion of the port of Beirut suddenly brought Lebanon back into my life. Being French-Lebanese myself, I could not stop thinking about it. For the first time, I decided to go there alone, without my parents, at the same age they left their country. Between diary and family portrait, this film is about my stay in Lebanon, a scarred country that feels so familiar and yet so foreign to me, my other country.
