Synopsis
A criminal on the run is wanted in the mountains. It's the perfect time for Romane to move into her family's chalet and start writing her thesis on a famous 18th-century smuggler. When she discovers that the chalet has been squatted by a stranger, Romane sets out to investigate. In her mind, smugglers, criminals, and squatters become intertwined.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
