Synopsis
Annabelle is ten years old and admires her father, a great sportsman of the "Joutes Sétoises." She too would like to train, but since 1666, tradition holds that only male participants are eligible, even from a very young age. This age-old fighting sport, in which each player, standing on a boat, has to knock his opponent into the water with a lance, is still rooted in its ancient traditions, without wanting to accept this highly motivated young lady.
