Synopsis
Barthes* is a loose adaptation of Roland Barthes' Mythologies, whose story mainly takes place on the Adour River and in the light of southwestern France. The image and the staging make heterogeneous elements collide, allowing one to literally slide from fantasy to dream, passing through the unexpected touch of ethnographic sampling characteristic of any cinematic gesture.
