Synopsis
The beginning of 2009. 9 mm bullets and threatening letters are sent to the French president, Nicolas Sarkozy.
Pierrot, Tintin, the Swiss, and their colleagues, whose HQ is a tobacconist's called La Cigale
in Saint-Pons-de-Thomières (Hérault), will be accused of being behind the letters and will be tracked down by all of France's antiterrorist cops.
