Synopsis
Who would believe that the international champion of Cities in Transition is a small French town? It is however what Rob Hopkins, the founder of the Cities in Transition movement, declares. This film recounts how a small Alsation town of 2,200 inhabitants launched into the process of post-petrol transition by deciding to reduce its ecological footprint.
