Synopsis
2050. São Paulo. The Brazilian population has now reached four hundred million. The government as enacted a policy of birth control. It is impossible to have a child without a prior agreement from the government.
When Chantal discovers that she is illegally pregnant, she decides to keep the child, contrary to her husband's advice.
