André et les Martiens
Synopsis
We who strive to step to the side have the pleasure of introducing artists... differently. These artists are generally those ignored by the great paths of art. They light up their era with a subversive spark. We are delighted that they are not concerned about money, work, glory, or their image. With them, everything is simply vital. Philippe Lespinasse brings us some of his craziness and his collection of films and characters, who shake up our ideas. We intend sharing them with you, in the hope that the spark transforms into a backfire to ward off the reigning sense of defeat.
With generous deaf and blind spectators, we have conceived audio-described versions accessible to the hard-of-hearing and sight-impaired. It seemed obvious for us to offer André and all his Martians in order to share visions of the world, of art, the other, and the norm. Even less than other films, documentaries are rarely available to everyone. So we count on you to spread the word!
