Synopsis
Boats slowly make their way along the bends in the Seine River. Behind metallic walls, silhouettes of figures in high-visibility suits work silently, the deafening noise of the boats filling up the space. Only the faint murmur of the unreachable outside world resonates from the riverbanks.
