The Assistant
Synopsis
While taking his wife to the hospital to give birth, Thomas knocks down and kills a young man on the road.
Marie-France, the dead man's mother, has difficulty recovering from this dramatic event. Nine years later, Marie-France becomes Thomas' secretary, although he is oblivious to who she really is. Little by little she meddles dangerously with his life and his family until he can no longer do without her.
