Synopsis
Jacques, writer, drafts a work on the history of Kabylia, quarry in Mayenne, opened in 1858 under Napoleon III for the needs for the big transformation in Paris by the baron Haussmann. This quarry knew many events, one of which was to be used, in 1917, where a hundred and fifty mutineers of the French army sentenced to the hard labor. Jacques has difficulty in finding information about these mutineers.
