Synopsis
Year 2078, Powerland: Intelligent dust floats in the atmosphere, banners have replaced the sun and the seasons dissapear. After the arrival of Mr. Pow and his army, the population is controlled by a new drug: Normadrine, a chip which we implant under the skin. A gang of rebels get organised.
