La Dormeuse Duval
Synopsis
Once upon a time in a rainy country somewhere on the French-Belgian border : two friends neighbors. One lives alone with its dog Flaubert and writes insipid articles in a local newspaper. The other one, Martin, le leader storemanin a factory in "Vallee dela Meuse" is married to Rose, who has intention to die as late as possible as storeman'xife. They live in the same street, houses face to face.When Marise Duval begins her training in the factory, Matrin is so happy. A trip by car later, and a kill returns Matrin to the life which beats in him. Rose, to whom a 'voice' reveals the infidelity of her husband, falls in depression and Matrin, who make feel guilty make all the possible to bring back to her the happiness. But unfortunaltely all
his plans will end ony in disppointements.
