Nymphomaniac - Part 1
Synopsis
Nymphomaniac is the crazy and poetic story of a woman's erotic life, from her birth until she is 50 years old. It is told by Joe, the woman in question, who has diagnosed herself as being a nymphomaniac.
On a cold winter's night, Seligman, an old and charming bachelor, discovers Joe in an alley, badly beaten up. After taking her home to his place, he treats her wounds and asks her about her life.
Seligman listens intensely to Joe telling him the eight successive chapters of her life full of multiple ramifications and facets, rich in associations and incidents along the way.
