Synopsis
Sotigui Kouyaté goes to the exhibition of his friend Alain Kirili at the Orangerie in the Tuileries Gardens. Strolling past Rodin's sculptures and Monet's Water Lillies, Sotigui reacts to Kirili's work and ideas. He thus inverts the attitude to African art generally held by Europeans, and shows the bridges between African and European thought.
