Victor, or how to adopt a grandpa
Synopsis
Alice, a young intern at a celebrity gossip magazine, becomes fond of Victor, her neighbor on the same floor. A charming and erudite elderly man, he has been abandoned by all and sundry and is about to be thrown out of his apartment. She soon finds a solution to his problem: she'll organize a competition through the magazine, and the prize will Victor. The winners are the Saillard family, who earn the right to adopt him. But the stay of the spirited eighty-year-old who is supposed to bring joy and good humor quickly turns to vinegar. Everyone's flaws are exposed to the light of day and severely upset the framework of a family who had until then seemed decent in every respect.
