Synopsis
Charlotte temps, José is a cashier in a casino, and Patrice is an undertaker. Jean-Marc organizes karaoke nights, Sarah is unemployed, and Momo is at college. They live in Vizille, a small town in the French Alps. They’re all young, like adventure, and want to help.
They’re volunteer firemen.
Emergency call-outs in the middle of the night, sudden high levels of tension and stress, fatigue, and successful rescues… What are they searching for through these powerful emotional moments, these images that haunt them even in their dreams?
In their red trucks, to the rhythm of sleepless nights, days dawning, false alerts, and difficult rescues, they face the mysteries of life and death. They’re a little like knights in shining armor.
