Synopsis
1917, in the trenches. Death seems the only outcome possible to the ridiculous orders given by a sergeant driven by racist egocentrism full of hate. A universal language will unite two enemy soldiers who were ready to kill each other just a few moments before. A murder will put an end to this burgeoning friendship and the horror of war will destroy fragile hope.
