Not for, or Against (Quite the Contrary)
Synopsis
It’s the story of a sweet young thing who spends a bit of time with some bad boys and is enriched by the experience.
Twenty-seven-year-old Caty is a journalist. She’s just like everyone else, and like everyone else, she has no desire to remain like everyone else.
She is a camera operator for a TV news show. She encounters Jean, who offers to let her film t a robbery in exchange for a large sum of money.
Intrigued, she accepts to follow him. She meets the gang who “works” with Jean: Freddy, known as “The Carp,” the gang’s most long-time member, Loulou the young, crazy pup, and Mouss, manager of a cabaret chorus girl troupe.
She slowly grows closer to them. One day, however, she understands that Jean, who fascinated her right from the start, is using her and wants to get her to participate in the “last big hold-up.” She finally accepts to be their accomplice. This descent into hell may perhaps lead her to paradise.
