About
Even though I was only two at the time (1948), I totally identidied with the feelings of the two college students, because my generation shared their struggles and their desire for freedom. "The Stolen Years" is an initiatory journey that includes, as it must, fairy spirits (the Americans) who produce a winged horse able to cross the mysterious forest which is full of danger, ogres and wicked people (Spain during the dictatorship). In seeking the treasure of freedom, our heroes must face and overcome, in one last combat, the most dangerous of monsters.
(Fernando Colomo - Director)
