Synopsis
Each year almost 100,000 families are forced to move because their homes in Shanghai are destroyed so that the government, along with real estate promoters, can carry out new town planning. Composed of animated photos, along with documentary videos, Under Construction is one continuous shot documenting the destruction of a Shanghai neighborhood.
