Biography
Renaud Fély begins his career as stage assistant and director's assistant with such great filmmakers as Maurice Pialat (Van Gogh), Pierre Salvadori (Wild Target) and Jacques Doillon (From the Bottom of the Heart). Pascale Ferran chooses him as second-unit director on Lady Chatterley. Prize-winner of the Emergence Workshops, a structure aimed at helping promising directors develop their first feature film, he is awarded an advance-on-receipts to direct his first film, Pauline and François.
