La Vie en Rose and A Secret lead the nominees for the 33rd César Awards, to be held February 22.
These films, by Olivier Dahan and Claude Miller respectively, are vying for the César for Best Film alongside La Graine et le Mulet (5 nominations), Persepolis (5 nominations), and The Diving Bell and the Butterfly (7 nominations).
The Witnesses (which has picked up 4 nominations) places André Téchiné in the running for Best Director honors.
Love Songs and Moliere are also nominated in four categories.
Six other films have received three nominations: Ceux Qui Restent, The Second Wind, Intimate Enemies, Hunting and Gathering, Faut Que Ca Danse, and Water Lilies.
