The 73rd San Sebastian International Film Festival came to a close on Saturday, September 27, with a list of winners headed by Sundays by Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, a film co-produced for France by Le Pacte, which also handles its international sales.
Other awards went to: Good Valley Stories by José Luis Guerín (co-produced by Perspective Films), Six Days in Spring by Joachim Lafosse (Les Films du Losange), and The Voice of Hind Rajab by Kaouther Ben Hania (Tanit Films).
The omnipresence of French productions in this list of winners once again highlights the international importance of French co-productions. It is also worth noting that the majority-French titles Little Amélie or the Character of Rain, The Ice Tower, and The Mysterious Gaze of the Flamingo also received awards.
Unifrance warmly congratulates the artists, production companies, and sales agents who were honored at the end of this wonderful edition!
