At a meeting held in Paris on April 24, the jury members gathered together to watch the 19 films included in the selection, and chose three winners. The winning films were announced on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 6 p.m. at the UniFrance Pavilion in Cannes, in the presence of the award-winners.
The UniFrance Short Film Awards aim to shine a light on the talent and bold creativity of new-generation film directors and producers. Our mission at UniFrance is to work side by side with these filmmakers and producers to ensure that their work is seen by audiences and industry professionals across the globe, thus bearing witness to the constant renewal of talent in French cinema.
