Synopsis
Graça gives private French lessons to survive in Belo Horizonte, where she lives with her French girlfriend. After a health emergency involving her father, she returns to the house where she grew up, in the city’s suburbs. Welcomed by neighbors who lead a religious congregation in the community, Graça becomes entangled in a fanaticism that seeks to return her “to her place ». Gradually, her reality takes on the contours of a haunting nightmare.
