About
Kartli is the name of the ancient kingdom of Georgia, and of an old sanatorium in Tbilisi. Disused, it houses refugee families of the 1990’s wars. But the building falls apart. Residents demonstrate, nothing changes. Kartli is a palace of life and death, where dreams of a promised land go away.
