Synopsis
When Kamel, a stressed-out architect, reluctantly agrees to drive his mother Mima to Morocco for a family wedding, he finds himself on a journey that’s more about the past than the destination. Packed into a Renault 21 with his wife, two teenagers, and a trunk bursting at the seams, Kamel embarks on a road trip filled with laughter, chaos, and unexpected revelations. From car breakdowns to family clashes and hilarious encounters with distant cousins, Kamel is forced to confront his heritage, his family bonds, and the stories that shaped him. Along the way, childhood memories resurface, generational gaps collide, and traditions take on new meaning.
