Synopsis
Shortly after the death of his father, Arul, a young Indian Tamil refugee living in Paris, refuses to return to his mother's country of origin and tries by all means to bring her to France. To finance this move, Arul joins a Sri Lankan Tamil association whose activities he is unaware of.
