Synopsis
Élancourt is one of Paris’ suburbs new cities. Rayan, a 22-year-old young man, is crushed with boredom. Hoping to join Sabrina, his only spark of joy, he steals a solo-wheel belonging to Jean-Philippe, a freshly fired man in his forties, while he’s outside doing his Taï-Chi. A high-speed chase starts though roundabouts, cobbled islands, police cars and officers who are not interested in them but in finding a missing 10-year-old girl, Cassiopée. She watches them and tells us all about their stories and their city of Élancourt and more.
