Biography
Marie Léa Regales was born in Paris in 1993. After a few years studying editing, she directed her first shortfilm, Les Sirènes (Mermaids), an intimate film about abortion and choices, produced by the G.R.E.C. and the I.U.T. of Corsica, selected at the International Shortfilmfestival in Oberhausen, and in other festivals in the US and in Europe. Her second short, La Vie Sur Mars (Life On Mars), produced by Les Fées Productions, deals with the subject of loss and grieving, and the presence of the lost one around us. The short was bought was a french TV Channel, France 2.
