Synopsis
Five young women, born in France but with different ethnic and cultural backgrounds ranging from Islam to Judaism, are gathering in the South of France for a bachelorette party over a week-end. From the first moment, cultural differences compounded by each other’s behavior make the atmosphere nearly unbreathable. But, the bachelorette party ends up bringing to light everything that unites them in today’s France, starting with the way men seek to restrain the freedom of these women, including in their emotional and sexual lives. Coming from two cultures which are for often clashing with each other these young women discover that they share troubling similarities.
