Synopsis
In Belvès, in the Périgord Noir, a middle school of 350 students, aims to offer 100 percent organic food in its canteen in just six months. For this project, the canteen staff is accompanied by a qualified team. Together, they will take up this challenge in order to obtain the Ecocert 100 percent organic label. In this human adventure that is The Canteen Revolution! the participants take action in the territory in search of common sense.
