Synopsis
Forty-year-old Patrice, a mixed-race actor, powdered and dressed as a 19th century courtesan, has just passed an audition organized by the all-powerful casting director Selenna Meyer. Assisted by Betty, she's looking for the lead role of a new film adaptation of My Lady of the Camellias. Among the young and pretty hopefuls, Patrice will have great difficulty in justifying his presence.
