Synopsis
Kairouan in Tunisia, shortly after the Arab Spring. Hedi is a sensible and reserved young man who is passionate about drawing. He works as a salesman and dislikes his job.
Although his country is undergoing change, he still submits to social conventions and lets his family make decisions for him. While his mother actively prepares his wedding, Hedi is sent by his boss to Mahdia, a coastal town, in the search of new clients.
Hedi encounters Rim there. Hedi is attracted to this independent woman, who is a hostess in a local hotel. For the first time in his life, he is tempted to take control of his own life.
