Synopsis
Ten-year-old Paul is in love with Wendy, a friend in the village where he spends his summer vacation. Paul would love to tell her how he feels, but he doesn't even dare ask her to dance. When he at last manages to make a date with her one afternoon, Paul is obliged to go fishing with his older brother and uncle. Paul wants to return to the village as quickly as possible, to be on time for his date. He decides to convince his brother to return on foot, through nature.
