Synopsis
While driving his convertible, Gabriel hits a homeless man and feels obliged to take him along with him. A series of unexpected, colorful encounters follows, in which Gabriel must help a Saudi Arabian businessman win back his oil refinery. Travelling across the arid landscapes of southern Spain, he ventures further and further away from the city into a desert in which he will never feel at ease.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets.
