Sociedad del Semaforo
Synopsis
Raul, a farmer, now lives in the street of a Bogota junction. He loves the freedom of his way of living, but is alienated from others by his drug use, and is determined to control the duration of the red traffic light so that acrobats, folk selling their meager wares, and the disabled have time to beg. For these men, the traffic lights are their life and their tomb. In a world both crazy and a fantasy, desperation is transformed into a hymn to anarchy.
