Synopsis
Paul and Maria run a small, isolated refuge in the middle of the Alpes. It is a tough life, dry and colld. To help Maria, who is pregnant and about to have her baby, they decide to employ a young croate auxillary assistant. Slowly, Paul's false idyll is going to disintegrate.
