Synopsis
Since Hector encountered Truquette at the Louvre on July 14, he's had only one thing in mind: to seduce this girl who he's mad about. The best way to do so is to take her to the seaside. His pal Pator agrees wholeheartedly, particularly if she comes along with her friend Charlotte...
Accompanied by unavoidable Bertier, off they go, down France's back roads, where there is no money in the banks. That's normal, because there's an economic crisis on. France has to get back to work and so, right in the middle of summer, the government decides to cut short the national vacation period by a month.
A complete shake-up and a few wads of cash later, the group breaks up like France cut in two, between jealous July-ites and August-ians. But going against the work flow doesn't frighten the remaining trio, well and truly determined to find the July 14 Girl and to enjoy a wild summer.
