A housing block is constructed during the renovation process of a working-class neighborhood in Barcelona. The camera strives to understand and get to know the inhabitants of this neighborhood - young people playing football, an old sailor, a building works assistant, a young couple living on the margins - as the changes take place.
This film shows us how changes to an urban landscape also modify a neighborhood's human landscape.
