A little Colour
Synopsis
Life is sweet for Christelle, or almost. She’s a hairdresser in a country town and is impatient to buy “Belles Boucles”, a revolutionary machine and miracle of hairdressing technology.
However, she has to put up with a daily dose of abuse from her husband until, black and blue, she reaches a point of no return.
Seeing red, she decides to run away. She wanders aimlessly until the Galaxy Hotel’s multicolored sparkles attract her attention.
Here she meets Mona, the truculent hotel manager who secretly identifies with her favorite soap opera star, and Vladimir, a charming Polish traveling salesman dealing in women’s clothing. She also comes across Lucien, whose loving gaze is cause for surprise, and the constantly pregnant Fanny and her husband, a cook. Truck drivers Robert, Babar, Marcel and Dédé are also part of this colorful cast of characters.
Will Donna Mona and her comical approach to life, her sense of humor, give Christelle, who knows how to talk to plants and turn gray days bright, back her taste for life?
