Synopsis
It’s July 14, 1969. Man is readying himself to walk on the moon. On this particular day, Esther imagines that her daughter Sacha will have a prestigious wedding, a quiet life in a pretty house and a brilliant medical career. On this particular day, after two years spent in Montreal, Sacha returns to Belgium to tell her mother that she has chosen a radically different life. Sacha’s news unleashes an avalanche of confessions, both funny and sad, cruel and absurd, within the family home. It’s July 14, 1969. On this night, Man walked on the moon. For Humanity, nothing has changed. For Sacha’s family, nothing will ever be the same.
