Despite a "nomadic" past, the Jacob family has settled in a house on a waste-lot on the fringe of a big city. The father, mother and their five children - four sons and a daughter - live off deals and minor swindles, stealing scrap metal and melting it down. Their closest neighbours, Italian immigrants, live in a similar manner, except that they avoid frequenting people from the outside. The outside is a housing project where numerous families consider the "house dwellers" as chicken thieves. Aggression stays on a verbal level.

About
FIGHT! Beyond the constraints, hardships of every order, lack of money inherent in every first film, the main thing, the final trace that remains and that will remain engraved there in the very depths of your guts and your mind is: the EMOTION. That of the actors, the generosity, the common and unflagging determination of every person participating in the venture of a film. Of a first film. I discovered the supreme joy, my crew allowed me the supreme joy of: DOING. Of giving life to my work as a screenwriter. "Les Démons de Jésus" is the result of impetus, bravery, fighting spirit, madness and desire turned towards a common goal: DOING! The battle was sublime, victory or defeat, the vital thing is to fight here and now.(Bernie Bonvoisin)
